ahronluccas.com is a professional portfolio for video editing and creative strategy services, and a channel to request quotes. By browsing it, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

3. Services, quotes and hiring

• Service descriptions on the site present the kind of work offered. Scope, deadlines, prices and conditions for each project are set out in a specific written proposal or contract.
• Sending a message through the form or via WhatsApp, Instagram or Discord is a contact request and does not, by itself, oblige either party to enter into a contract.
• Figures and results shown in the portfolio (for example, views of client reels) refer to completed work and platform metrics. They illustrate professional experience; each project depends on factors such as the client's content, audience and strategy, so they are not a promise of results.

4. Content and copyright

• Portfolio videos were produced for clients and are shown with their permission. Rights to these materials belong to their respective owners.
• Texts, layout, animations and other site elements are protected by copyright (Brazilian Law No. 9,610/1998).
• Copying, downloading, reproducing, redistributing or commercially using the site's content without prior written permission is not allowed. Sharing a link to the site is always allowed.
• Third-party brands and names shown in the videos belong to their owners.
• Some pieces, such as the animated demo in “Inside the edit” and the introduction reel, were created with the help of artificial intelligence tools, under human direction and editing.

5. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• send spam or unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes others' rights;
• try to access restricted areas, bypass security measures or overload the site;
• use bots or automated tools to scrape content or send messages;
• send sensitive data or other people's data through the form.

We work to keep the site available and secure, but it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or external factors such as provider outages.

7. Liability

We are responsible for the site as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) or other mandatory consumer law. Third-party sites reached through links (such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Discord) are the responsibility of their operators.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies. If you are a consumer, you may bring any claim in the courts of your place of residence, as consumer law guarantees. Otherwise, the courts of Mogi das Cruzes – SP, Brazil, have jurisdiction.
